Wamasebu And Company Advocates and Legal Consultants was set up in June 2019 with the sole purpose of providing legal and legal advisory services to a market segment comprising middle and lower income brackets. It specializes in commercial and criminal law which are fast growing areas in light of the growing Uganda economy more so with the advent of the discovery and exploitation of oil resources.
Our philosophy is to give priority to our clients in resolving their legal issues at affordable cost and in a “Win Win “ manner. We do this through exploring avenues for alternative dispute resolution and only do litigation as a matter of last resort.
We have a wide network of associated governmental and non governmental agencies to which we are linked and with which we interface in addressing some of our clients’ most pressing legal issues.
